We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and customer-centric Relationship Manager, Product & Development – Youth Banking to lead the design, development, enhancement, and management of youth banking propositions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relevant financial and non-financial solutions for youth segments, including students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging businesses. The role combines customer insights, product development, market intelligence, partnership management, portfolio analytics, product governance, and sales enablement to deliver compelling customer value propositions and sustainable business growth.
To grow a sustainable and profitable youth banking portfolio by acquiring, activating, engaging and retaining young customers through relevant digital solutions, strategic partnerships and financial capability initiatives. The role owns the end-to-end youth customer proposition, translates customer and portfolio insights into commercial actions, champions a seamless customer experience, and ensures compliance, responsible banking and effective risk management.
