The Manager – Foreign Exchange Sales, will be responsible for driving the growth of the Bank’s foreign exchange business, transaction volumes and FX income across the entire branch network.
The role-holder will develop and execute the Bank’s FX sales strategy, acquire new FX customers, deepen relationships with existing customers, manage the FX sales pipeline and work closely with branches and business teams to convert identified opportunities into profitable transactions.
The role will also provide FX product training, market information and sales support to branches while ensuring excellent customer service, appropriate pricing, regulatory compliance and timely completion of transactions.
