Moses is a seasoned career banker with over 18 years of extensive experience spanning professional accounting, external and internal auditing, retail banking, risk management, and compliance. In 2019, he assumed the role of Head of Risk and Compliance at Kingdom Bank, leveraging his diverse expertise to drive strategic initiatives.

Previously, Moses began his career at Ernst & Young (E&Y), a leading global consulting firm, where he gained foundational experience in financial services. He later joined Faulu Microfinance Bank (now part of the Old Mutual Group) for five years, holding various pivotal roles.

Currently, Moses serves as the Treasurer for the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association (ISACA – Kenya Chapter) and as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee on the Board of Trustees for the Kingdom Bank Staff Pension Scheme. He actively engages in volunteer roles that contribute to industry advancement and governance.

Moses holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Accounting) from Moi University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA, Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Furthermore, Moses is certified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and a Certified ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager and trainer, among other notable credentials. He has also completed the Entrepreneurship and Innovation program at the University of Massachusetts, USA, enhancing his strategic acumen and industry insights.
