Felista has over 20 years of experience in the Banking Industry. She joined the Co-operative Bank of Kenya in 1999 and worked for few months in the branch and later transferred to the Co-operative Bank Central Operations Unit and worked progressively in various ranks.

She worked in Co-operative Bank -Treasury back office in various ranks up to the rank of Head of Compliance and Reconciliation Unit. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Kenya Methodist University. She has attended various training in Customer Service, Management, and Leadership.
