JUNIOR SAVINGS ACCOUNT CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to “Junior Savings Account Campaign” (the ‘Campaign’) organized by Kingdom Bank. Kingdom Bank will be rewarding its customers who meet the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions of the Campaign.

By participating in this Campaign, participant(s) /customer(s) (“You” or “Customer”) will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions below.

Campaign Period

The Customer reward Campaign will be run by Kingdom Bank on Kingdom Bank’s Facebook page for a period of 10 days. The Campaign will start on 24^th October, 2024 and end on 6th November, 2024.

1. Eligibility

1. 1. The Competition will only be carried out in Kenya with the rewards being collected deposited in a Junior Savings Account. The account must be opened at a Kingdom Bank branch nearest you.
   2. To participate in this contest, you must be 18 years and over. Anyone under 18 must get permission from parents or guardians.
   3. The prerogative and discretion of choosing the winners rests with Kingdom Bank and in case of any dispute, the decision of Kingdom Bank shall be final.
   4. Kingdom Bank reserves the right to disqualify the winners (and to select an alternative winner) if aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible or has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
   5. Employees and immediate family members to employees are not eligible to participate.
   6. Winners MUST willingly open a new Junior Savings Account for their children for the Ksh 1,500 to be deposited.
   7. For one to open a Junior Savings Account, ensure to avail the below documents:
      1. Parent’s or guardian’s original ID Card or Passport.
      2. Copy of birth certificate of the child.
      3. Copy of parent’s or guardian’s KRA PIN.

2. How to Participate and Winners

• • The Campaign duration will be for 10 days as follows:
    Campaign Promotion Dates: 24^th October, 2024 and ends on 6th November, 2024.
  • There will be 1 winner each day (on Facebook) for the 10 days and they will be rewarded with Ksh. 1,500 deposited into a Kingdom Bank Junior Savings Account.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. Selection criteria: the first customer to answer correctly on Facebook during the Campaign period will be rewarded. In a day there will be 1 winner only.
5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified through a direct message and comment on their correct answers. Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
6. Prize Delivery: Kingdom Bank will provide the nearest branch for the winner to complete the opening of the Junior Savings Account, and the prize money will be deposited in the newly created account.
7. A participant can only win once during the campaign period.
8. By participating in the competition, winners agree to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes related to the giveaway without additional compensation.
9. Kingdom Bank cannot guarantee that the process of this Campaign will be without errors or omission and will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise thereof.
10. Kingdom Bank reserves the right to later, cancel, suspend or terminate the Competition at its own discretion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for any valid, technical or commercial reason without prior notice. In such an event, all participants and the winners shall waive and abandon any rights that they may have against Kingdom Bank. The contestants will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions as they are published on Facebook.
