Valentines for Two na Kingdom Bank Campaign – Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to “Valentines for Two Na Kingdom Bank Campaign” (the ‘Campaign’) organized by Kingdom Bank. Kingdom Bank will be rewarding its customers who meet the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions of the Campaign.

By participating in this Campaign, participant (s)/ customer (s) (“You” or “Customer”) will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions below.

Campaign Period

The Customer reward Campaign will be run by Kingdom Bank on Kingdom Bank’s Facebook and Instagram pages for a period of 5 days. The Campaign will start on Friday 9^th February 2024 and end on Wednesday 14^th February 2024.

1. Eligibility

1. 1. 1. 1. The Competition will only be carried out in Kenya with the rewards being collected at any of our 19 branches countrywide. A list of our branches and their location can be accessed herein – https://www.kingdombankltd.co.ke/branches/.
         2. To participate in this contest, you must be 18 years and over.
         3. The prerogative and discretion of choosing the winners rests with Kingdom Bank and in case of any dispute, the decision of Kingdom Bank shall be final.
         4. Kingdom Bank reserves the right to disqualify the winners (and to select and alternative winner) if aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible or has breached any of these Terms & Conditions.
         5. Kingdom Bank employees and immediate family members to employees are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Participate and Winners
   1. 1. 1. The Campaign duration will be for 5 days as follows:
            Campaign Promotion Dates: Friday 9^th February 2024 and ends on Wednesday 14^th February 2024.
         2. There will be 6winners each day (2 on Facebook ,2 on Instagram 2 on Twitter) for the 5 days and they will be rewarded with branded hamper with assorted merchandise.
         3. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

3. Selection criteria: the first 2 customers to answer correctly on the comment section on Facebook and Instagram during the Campaign period will be rewarded. In a day there will 6 winners only.

4. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified through a direct message and comment on their correct answers. Winners must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
5. Prize Delivery: Kingdom Bank will provide an address to collect the gift hampers and Kingdom Bank is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay during shipping.
6. A participant can only win once during the campaign period.
7. By participating in the competition, winners agree to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation. If a winner does not want his/her name and image published, he/she must expressly inform Kingdom Bank, which will result in the loss of his/her prize.
8. Kingdom Bank cannot guarantee that the process of this Campaign will be without errors or omission and will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise thereof.
9. Kingdom Bank reserves the right to later, cancel, suspend, or terminate the Competition at its own discretion or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for any valid, technical, or commercial reason without prior notice. In such an event, all participants and the winners shall waive and abandon any rights that they may have against Kingdom Bank.
10. By participating in the competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted, without exclusion, these terms, and conditions, and declare to be bound by them.
11. All participants hereby indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Bank, its agents and/ or employees against any action, claims of liability for injury or damage that may result directly or indirectly from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of the gift hampers.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Kenya, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kenya.
