Andrew serves as the Head of Transformation & Projects at Kingdom Bank. He brings extensive expertise in Change Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, and enterprise-wide transformation.

He joined the Co-operative Bank Group in 2011 and has been instrumental in leading the “Soaring Eagle” transformation program, driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Andrew has also partnered with leading global consultancy firms to deliver ICT projects and process re-engineering.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering, alongside professional certifications in Project Management and Business Analysis including CISA, ITIL, CBAP, and PRINCE2. He is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School Leadership Programme, The Aga Khan University, and is a Certified Engagement and Productivity Coach.
