John has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resource practitioner having worked at Family Bank before joining Kingdom Bank. He is an MBA holder in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, he also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the same University. He has a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, Executive Diploma in Industrial Relations from USIU Africa. He also has a National Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management and is a Certified Organization Coach from Coaching Development Institute of Africa. John is also a member of the Kenya Institute of Management and the Institute of Human Resources. He has worked in the Public and Private sectors in the areas of Talent Management, Manpower Planning, and Budgeting, Training and Development of staff, Strategic Planning and Performance.
