Business Change Manager
Responsible for smooth and efficient change management within the Bank and as per the Banks Strategy. Responsible in ensuring the day-to-day operations of all departments are efficient through periodic process reviews, documented change requests, project management and eventual digitization of processes and innovations. Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Responsible for planning and designating project resources, preparation of budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Business or Information Technology related.
- Certified Business Analysis Profession (CBAP) training.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green and Yellow Belt) Training.
- Project Management (PRINCE II or PMP) is a plus.
- 5 years’ experience in project management field with evidence of completed technology-related projects.
